By day a philosophy professor.  By night a singer of irreverent acoustic folk music in the style of John Prine, Townes Van Zandt and Todd Snider. The songs are a mix of original material, historical American folk music and covers from various roots-music traditions including blues, rock, country and folk.  Sacred cows not tolerated (but not eaten either.)
