Shed The Wintertime Blues
Spring is around the corner and the Lounge is shedding its winter gear and gearing up for the sunny weather. In April, heaters will disappear, umbrellas will go up and spring flowers will decorate the patio. The fireplace that was needed to warm the patrons during the winter will still add to the ambiance while taking the chill off the evening air after the sun goes down. You can relax, have a smoke and a cocktail while enjoying good company. On Thursday nights DJ QueDee, plays your requests from his library of 1000’s of songs, (bet you can’t stump him). Friday night is Karaoke night and local musicians perform live on Saturday nights. A special appearance by nationally known Blues artist, Hurricane Wilson is scheduled for Friday 4/25. On Sunday, there’s always sports on the plasmas and you might find a friendly Euchre game to join. Voted EV’s Reader’s Choice 2007 Best Neighborhood Bar, the place is great for a drink after work during Happy Hour (with complimentary goodies to munch on) or a nightcap after a show.
