The Chili Dogs

Very few bands in the area have female front women. Even fewer have ladies that can put down the vocals and sex appeal like the Chili Dogs’ Rachel Lynne Byrne.
It’s not just the female flesh that draws the crowds though. The Chili Dogs set list sounds as if the FOX and B105 both had a hand in writing it. From classic rock hits and modern country the Chili Dogs mix it up right proper in an effort to show off their versatility and please crowds of various tastes.
Rachel’s husband Terry tears up his strat and sings his heart out alongside her. Keyboard aficionado Greg Cooper is also up front and center with his fingers and feet dancing in time with the beat. Keeping that beat is drummer Manny Triguero. James Rock bumps the bass and altogether they create a unique sound that is singular to the Chili Dogs.
If you missed the January Rhinos show we snagged a few videos you can watch on our site. If you watch the vids and want to see the band on a great stage they are playing a show at Inner Circle (formerly Annie’s) on Februrary 13th.
You can learn more about the band on our site or at www.thechilidogs.com it’s well worth a listen and a look.
Be sure to include a peak at the original work the band has put out so far. That’s where we think the band’s talent is truly showcased. The live performance includes the original work as well as the most popular covers.
