Lounge Lizard

Sleepy Hollow
378 Bridge Street
Loveland, Ohio
677-0290

Anyone who has ever spent anytime in Las Vegas can appreciate a great lounge. The swanky smooth Sinatra music, a cool gin and tonic melting under the neon lights, kicked back, a fresh smoke in hand, just chillin’.
You’ll be hard pressed to find any lounge that fits the bill in Cincy...till now.
The famous Sleepy Hollow in Loveland is renowned for their awesome culinary creations, praised by locals for their service and may just be the best well rounded restaurant/bar in town.
Sleepy Hollow has been unwavering keepin’ it real amidst the ever changing restaurant climate surrounding Symmes Township.
365 days a year Christmas is in full swing at Sleepy’s. Lights, mistletoe and even a tree twinkle all day and all night. Home cooked plates with portions that would make grandma proud, come complete with that oh so good “Thanksgiving stuffed” finale.
However, if you think the Sleepy little Hollow is for the quiet and tranquil stop by on a Friday night. Every Friday Jack “the voice” Eno transports you back to the 40’s when a cool crooner in a gold satin jacket sang “My Way” with a Jack on the rocks and Pall Mall non filter. Ambience is everything and this cats got it down pat. I for one have been craving a night of the “lounge life” ever since I moved back from Vegas in 2002. My Friday experience at Sleepys was just what I needed. Great songs from Sinatra, Bennet, Elvis, and so many more.
This guy might be older than most of the patrons but I bet he has more fun in one night than most of them do in a month. He lives it, he loves it and it has kept him “Young At Heart” to say the least, he keeps it up all night long! (Friday 7-11).
If you need a break from the rat race, swing into Sleepy Hollow on Fridays and step into the Rat Pack pace. You will not see a frown in the place, the only thing you will be missing is a big fat 60’s Cadillac to drive home and savor the days when Frank, Dean and Sammy topped the charts.
Jack has been such a popular addition to Sleepy Hollow that they added a dimer piano player to the mix on Thursdays... Eddie Schmaltz. He’s big on requests, from Billy Joel and Elton John to to Burt Bacharach and he plays them all by heart. You’re not going to see that at Applebees.
Very very cool indeed!
