Ride To Give

Attention Hog Heads! Here is a good reason to get that v-twin gassed up with the good stuff, get it out and show off that custom paint & chrome. The Southwest Ohio Veterans are holding their annual bike run. The proceeds will go to benefit the Joseph House For Homeless Veterans. The ride starts off at Rhinos East at noon on June 7th (rain date 6/14). Registration begins at 10 a.m. ($15 per person or $20 for two people). There will be food and drinks before and after the ride. The bikers will cruise back to Rhinos at 3 p.m. just in time to catch the food and live music that starts at 4 p.m.
Here is a great way to support a worthy cause and have a blast doing it. Everyone knows how hard it is to get by in this struggling economy... well just imagine how hard it is for the homeless (who served their country). The Joseph House is in need of our support. Unlike the mega rich churches, The Joseph House has no multimillion dollar festivals or corporate contributors to soak them knee deep in money. They only have good hearted people and organizations like The Veterans Association to make the effort to support their cause. These folks aren’t selling “tickets” to heaven or false “salvation”.
