Parable Heresy

Among the many bands on the Eastside few (if any) are heavier than Parable Heresy. They make Livid sound like Lyle Lovette. They’re pure raw death metal.
The music is new but the band has a back story. They describe it best themselves on their myspace (myspace.com/parableheresy home page. Here is an excerpt. “PARABLE HERESY was established in late March of 2009 when Lead Guitarist/Songwriter Kenny Yauger (formally of the Dangerous Bunch) met up with Lead Guitarist John Marshall Armacost (formally of Critical Intent & Blu Diamond) the two of them hooked up with Drummer Shawn Marlow (formerly of tribute band Blizzard of Ozz, & The Lil’ Bastards). They very quickly asked local Vocalist/Front man William The Bastard (previously of Critical Intent/Blu Diamond & The Lil’ Bastards) to be their Singer. They then recruited Thin Blood Guitarist Tony “Bones” Green as their Bassist/Guitarist.
They decided to call the band PARABLE HERESY after a song/poem William The Bastard had wrote when him & John Marshall Armacost were in A side project/cover band called HookBlade back in March of 2006. The two of them had brought it back with them to their regular band Blu Diamond, & had since recorded it twice. “The 5 of us all really liked the song when we first started jamming together, & agreed to make it our new band name”.

The Band released it’s first single Therapy Psychiatrix part II in early May 2009. They made their first appearance that same month at Big Ed’s in Amelia Ohio.”
Parable Heresy explodes with raw emotion. Spewing flames across the stage and electrifying the audience like a sharp prod between the ribs with a 25,000 volt stun gun.
The band consists of Kenny (guitar, vocals), Bones (guitar, vocals), Shawn (drums, percussion), Big John (guitar, vocals) and William “The Bastard” (lead vocals).
You can see “The Bastard” at right in the middle of a full blown mad man performance. The rest of band follows his lead by ferociously blasting the bar with a blitzkrieg barrage of deafening death metal.

Death metal fans should bother to listen up. You can catch Parable Heresy again at Big Ed’s in December with Nigel Dupree.
You can see more but unfortunately you can’t hear anything on the bands myspace (go figure) myspace.com/parableheresy.
Get some audio up! The most important thing about a band is the music.
