Latitude’s is fast becoming the culinary epicenter of Eastside cuisine. The chef and staff have been working their magic on the menu and honing their skills until they’re as sharp as a sushi knife.
They even jumped right off the menu and created some delightful dishes you won’t find anywhere. How about authentic handmade tamales, fresh salmon ravioli, cactus paddles, Ahi tuna (sushi grade of course) and so many more. In fact, I couldn’t tell you about all the dishes if I tried. Mainly because the chef uses his instinct and inspiration to create the dishes as the month goes on. I have no idea what might end up on the buffet but I know it will be something special I can tell you that.
