Don't Just Cruise On By, Cruise In
The good folks over at J&B’s Tavern (4056 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd. at the Days Inn) are anxious to take advantage of this great summer weather and move the party to the parking lot.
Every Tuesday the staff gets geared up and the DJ from JLS music sets up shop out front.
The beer is cold, the wings are hot and all they need now is a few more folks who want to show off that hot rod and hang out for the party.
They get it started (every Tuesday) around 5:00. The DJ keeps the volume cranked up until about sunset. After dark they move the party inside where they can still crank up the volume on the juke box as much as they like yet still not upset the neighbors.
Sometimes the best parties are out back on the patio, the juke box plays through the outdoor speakers, the servers bring the suds & grub and the cigarettes can stay lit. Party in front of the bar, then party in back of the bar. With all that outside partying going on they must have lonely bartenders.
