Don't Burn By Golly

They’ve earned their name this time, because “By Golly” they went and did it again. Only better.
The original By Golly’s burned a bit after decades of dedicated service. Most thought that was it. Too bad, they had just got it in ship shape too. A new deck, decor, equipment, entertainment, basically a new life. Then faulty equipment brought that to a smoking stand still. But, just like a Phoenix a new By Golly’s rose from the ashes, literally.
There is a larger building on the foundation now and it still has that great new construction smell. It will likely smell like that for a while since the whole thing is, shiny, new and non-smoking (there will be sweet smoking facilities again for sure). You’ll get to smell it for yourself in late February at the grand opening.
By Golly’s award winning burgers and wings along with the popular menu items from the previous menu will all still be there for the fans. It’s still the same By Golly’s in many respects. That’s intentional.
Late night party people will dig the downstairs dance club that will open shortly after. You can expect to see a lively crowd there when it does open. You’ll also see more live music than By Golly’s offered previously. The upgrades don’t stop there though. The interior is top quality decor styled rustic with copper, barn wood and a fireplace. The kitchen is ready to tackle any crowd and still not burn the place down. Open Mon-Sun 11-2:30 a.m. kitchen serving 11-1 a.m. The opening date will be on our web site.
