New Coffee House? No. New Coffee Mansion? Yes.

Brylan’s Coffee Cafe
6926 Main Street
Newtown, Ohio 513- 271-1021

There’s a new affair in the tiny village of Newtown worth remembering. Brylan’s Coffee Cafe is smack dap in the middle of town (behind UDF) and it stands more grand than any other structure within view.
The amazingly beautiful building has housed many things and people in the past, but it’s been overhauled to entertain in style now. This place should get funding from the historical society for the remodel. Huge rooms, massive windows affording views of Victorian era landscaped patio gardens all around. The perfect place to bring a friend, a guitar or a laptop, lay back and relax. You can even enjoy a cool jazz trio on the lawn!
Brylan’s seems more like a 1800’s premiere social club than a coffee house, but coffee house is what we have to call it. You need to see it all for yourself. While you’re there, indulge in delight with one of their paninis & soups. The menu is fresh fresh fresh and it all goes great with the many hot beverages they serve with pride and expertise.
Brylan’s opens Monday thru Friday at 7 am (Sat. @8) and soon all you early birds can chow on gourmet breakfast dishes as well. We’ll look into that when it arrives. Until then there are 11 panini varieties to hold you over, not to mention assorted soups, desserts and snacks.
The magic beans are from 7 Hills, so you know Brylan’s is not cutting corners on any of the ingredients.
Mt. Lookout folks, this is worth the 7 minute drive. Same goes for the Anderson crowd. Mariemont can’t turn their nose up at this village establishment and for the villagers themselves, it’s a no brainer. Check it out.
