King Of Crowds

Who’s the king of crowds? Annies Entertainment complex. The reason is far from complex.
Annie’s Sunday Night Fever is so hot you’ll feel like you have a 104 degree temperature. The DJ spins the best hip-hop and underground rap on the planet. The crowds start lining up at 8 and by midnight the whole building (inside and out) is packed.
Never has an Eastside bar had so many customers. If you take the average 2500 people divided by 5 days a week you get 500 a day. Now how many bars can boast an average of 500 people a day. None. They are getting more people on one day than most any bar sees in a whole week!
The music is fresh the crowds are young and the size of the line just goes to show how popular hip-hop is in Cincy. While everyone else is getting ready for the Sunday night game crowd with wings and cheap drafts Annies is gearing up for the onslaught of hip-hop fans who come out every week by the thousands to get their brains beat out by the deafening 100,000 watts of bass that bumps the block building.
It’s obvious Annies is on top of the youth culture. They host the worldwide Scribble Jam event. The Sunday Night Fever is simply unbelievable and the national acts playing all types of music breeze through the bar every month. I think the credit for the success lands in the lap of the owners. 25+ years of experience in the bar business simply can’t be replaced by speculation and a little money. Patience, wisdom and giving the crowd what they want is the key. Annies will always give the crowd what they want, that’s what they do best. That’s just what they’ll always do too.
